There is Huanglong Mountain in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, where you can travel between the three provinces in one day! Huanglong Mountain in September has a rich culture and beautiful scenery! This mountain spans the junction of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, and is the natural dividing line between the three provinces. There are many routes to the mountain, each with its own characteristics. In order to fully appreciate the essence of the mountains and meet the requirements of transportation and time to make a round trip in one day, we decided to take the following route: go up the mountain from Pingshi Temple in Xiushui County, Jiangxi Province, pass landmarks such as Carp Facing the Sky, Test Sword Stone, and Zhijiao Tower, head west, and go down the mountain from Tianyue Pass on the border between Hunan and Hubei. This route is not a loop and is only suitable for chartered vehicles. The entire hike is nearly 12km, with a total ascent of about 1130m, and the highest point is the corner tower at 1500m. Judging from the data, the intensity seems to be average, but don't take it lightly. Especially the first 5 kilometers are quite challenging, with all kinds of climbing peaks and rocks, and up and down steep slopes one after another, which is a bit exciting. On the way up the mountain, you will pass through a dense forest. The road is covered by thorns and reed grass on both sides. It is not easy to open the road. Please pay attention to your clothing to ensure safety. The sky was very blue that day, the clouds were extremely beautiful, and the mountains were undulating and varied. It felt like we were walking carefully on the back of a giant dragon! All of my teammates had experience in single-day long-distance hiking, which was the basic guarantee for the successful completion of our activity. I would like to express my special thanks to my teammates for their careful teamwork and their patience in helping us climb the steep slope! After we came down the mountain, we tasted authentic farm dishes at the "Yingbin Farm" in Tongcheng County, not far from Tianyue Pass. The ingredients and cooking methods were full of local flavor. Just climb the mountain as you like. Even though it’s a bit tiring, it’s still fun. Otherwise, what else?
