Buffet in Xinzhuang: Jin Da Chu Sukiyaki

Discovered a coupon for Little Mongolian members, so decided to visit Jin Da Chu for a hot pot meal to replenish some protein ❤️ The coupon is valid for Set B priced at $618 per person, while dinner costs $658 per person. It can be used on both weekdays and weekends but only deducts $618. Additionally, you can upgrade for $199 to include seafood, Wagyu beef, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Set B already offers nearly ten types of meat, including the delicious boneless shoulder short ribs, so we didn’t opt for the upgrade 🥳 It’s been a while since our last visit, and the limit has increased (previously 8 items). You can order up to 3 portions per item, and after 1 minute, you can place another round of orders. You can choose two soup bases for a dual hot pot. The pot is deep, allowing you to cook a lot at once! For four diners, they provide two pots, which is great 😊 We only ordered one portion each of pork collar, beef shoulder, and snowflake tender shoulder. All tasted good, but the boneless shoulder short ribs were the best, with just the right amount of marbling! So we ended up ordering only this later on. The self-service bar is very rich, offering a variety of vegetables (over 20 types of vegetarian options), various hot pot ingredients (including fried dough sticks), steamed dim sum, curry rice, and Jin Feng braised pork rice. Of course, there are also desserts, fruits, and ice cream. The dining time is officially 90 minutes, with 60 minutes for ordering. We ended up ordering past the time limit 😂. Afterward, we leisurely enjoyed fruits and desserts, leaving fully satisfied. After discounts, the total cost was $2248 for 4 people.
