Hunan Langshan | A severely underrated 5A tourist attraction‼️|| With its towering peaks and splendid Danxia landscapes, this 5A-level scenic area is hidden at the border of Hunan and Guangxi provinces, known as the 'Soul of Danxia'. Located on Langshan Avenue in Xinning County, Shaoyang City, Hunan, it connects with the Bajiaozhai Scenic Area in Ziyuan County, Guangxi (Bajiaozhai is partly in Xinning County and partly in Ziyuan County), comprising Tianyi Lane, Chili Peak, Fuyi River, Zixia Cave, and Tiansheng Bridge, six major scenic areas, and 18 scenic spots, with over 500 important sites discovered and named, including three major caves and a primeval forest, belonging to the typical Danxia landform, hailed as the 'Soul of Danxia, National Treasure', it is a rare eco-friendly natural landscape area. This place is also the filming location for the TV series 'Eternal Love'. Tour Route: With limited time, we only visited Bajiaozhai and Chili Peak, Bajiaozhai is the essence~ Climbing up Bajiaozhai is worth the ticket price! · 🎫 Ticket: 136 yuan (including Bajiaozhai, Tianyi Lane, Chili Peak, Zixia Cave), it's cheaper to buy online. · Transportation: Self-driving is recommended. The scenic area is vast, and private cars can also be driven inside. Navigate directly to Langshan Scenic Area, and after entering, you can drive to the vicinity of each small scenic spot, then walk or take a shuttle bus. · Tips: The scenery of Bajiaozhai is unparalleled! You can ascend Bajiaozhai from both Hunan's Shaoyang and Guangxi's Ziyuan, but they are two separately managed scenic areas, it's best to descend from the same side you ascended. The mountaintop is the border between Hunan and Guangxi provinces, remember to take photos and check in. 'Whale Making Waves' is spectacular, if you want to capture the sea of clouds, you need to race against time and weather. 'Dragon Head Incense' is very thrilling, watching people walking back and forth on the cliff edges to light incense is nerve-wracking. If you want to visit multiple scenic spots, it's recommended to stay near or within the scenic area. The cable car is still under repair, currently, you can only hike up and down the mountain, which is a test of physical fitness. Remember to bring a walking stick. There is a significant temperature difference between the mountaintop and the foot of the mountain, remember to bring a coat, and also clothes to change into after sweating. Bring a hat, sunglasses, do good sun protection, and mosquito prevention. As the weather gets warmer, mosquitoes start to appear, luckily I brought a mosquito repellent bracelet and mosquito repellent spray! The mosquito repellent bracelet I wore is nice, aesthetically pleasing, fully waterproof, mild and non-irritating, with each replaceable chip lasting up to a month. The mosquito repellent spray is also very effective, smells good, and does not contain alcohol, convenient to carry, a must-have for the outdoors.
