The Maleghe River Canyon offers a hiking route that won't tire your legs!

It was only upon my visit that I truly appreciated its allure. The landscape of crevices, hanging waterfalls, and calcium carbonate walls within the canyon displays a stunning tapestry of diverse karst topography. The Maleghe River is abundant and powerful, especially during the rainy season when waterfalls rush down, the valley stream is rapid, and the towering mountains surround the area, all of which seem like masterpieces of nature, making one marvel at the magical beauty of the natural world. The entire hiking route through the Maleghe River Grand Canyon takes only about 2 hours, and the beauty of the path is equally intoxicating. Along the way, you'll pass by attractions such as the Huanglong Waterfall, Sea Lion Hall, and the Galloping Horses Waterfall, with surprises waiting at every turn. Tips: 1. The Maleghe River Grand Canyon is a well-established 4A tourist attraction, with an entrance fee of 70 yuan (free admission with a Guizhou 'Zhi Zhi Chuan' plane ticket), and has two entrances at Xiaoqingshan and Dachaiwo, the latter being temporarily closed due to road construction. The sightseeing elevator is located at the Xiaoqingshan entrance and requires an additional ticket. 2. There are several sightseeing maps within the scenic area, just follow the plank road according to the map. 3. Personally, I find the most impressive part of the canyon to be the 'Galloping Horses'. If you have average physical strength, you can return the same way after seeing the Galloping Horses to save time and energy. 4. It is recommended to buy a round-trip sightseeing elevator ticket when entering from the Xiaoqingshan entrance, as it's quite tiring to go up and down the canyon. 5. It's best to wear anti-slip and waterproof shoes. If you don't want to get wet, bring an umbrella or a raincoat, as there is plenty of water vapor in the canyon! 6. There are snacks such as glass noodles, corn, and grilled sausages for sale in the scenic area, all at reasonable prices, which is great!
