Putian City, Xianyou, Jiuli Lake

Jiuli Lake is a national AAAA level scenic spot and the birthplace of Chinese dream culture. It is located in Zhongshan Town, Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province, 31 kilometers away from the county seat, with an altitude of 590 meters. Jiuli Lake is one of the 'four sceneries' of Xianyou (Jiuli Lake, Maixie Rock, Caixi Rock, Tianma Mountain), known for its lake, cave, waterfall, and stone. Especially the waterfall is the most famous, known as the 'Jiuli Flying Waterfall is a wonder of the world', the great Ming Dynasty traveler Xu Xiake called it 'Fujian Three Absolutes' with Wuyi Mountain and Yuhua Cave.
