Facing Xiang'an, the view is dominated by construction sites in Huli District, though the Wuyuan Bay direction offers better scenery. 【Dining🍽】 The 3rd-floor Tianxia 1984 Chinese Restaurant’s name nods to the owner, referencing Xiamen Airlines' founding year (1984). A large celadon art installation at the entrance draws inspiration from the Tingxi Tea Horse Road, with celadon elements woven into the space’s stone textures and colors, complementing Fairmont’s classic black-and-white palette. The restaurant focuses on traditional Min cuisine, Cantonese dishes, and modern fusion cuisine, with the menu still under refinement. A fun detail: the private dining rooms are named after Xiamen Airlines’ flight destinations, formatted as "Destination + Airport IATA Code."
