Xiamen Botanical Garden is absolutely stunning

Most of the paths in the garden consist of stairs and slopes, so there’s no specific dress code, but it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for your visit. The most surprising highlight this time was the succulent area! The cactus in the photo was taken there. The succulent area is perfect for taking photos, and pairing it with a specific outfit can create a great vibe. However, there’s no shade from plants in this area, so it can get very sunny. Be sure to prepare for sun protection in advance! 🌵 After taking the mountain elevator to the top, you can take a shuttle bus to reach the different sections (tickets are required, and you can only board the bus once per stop). A single ride costs 5 yuan, while an unlimited pass costs 10 yuan, allowing you to ride up to 6 times at any stop. There are a total of 6 shuttle stops within the garden (paper tickets will be punched for validation, while electronic tickets will be scanned via QR code). This botanical garden is definitely worth spending several hours exploring! It far exceeded expectations.
