Generally speaking, the whole city is beautiful. Among the must-see attractions, I didn’t visit Gulangyu Island due to the typhoon, which is a bit regrettable. 1. Jimei School Village: Located in Jimei Peninsula, Xiamen, it was founded in 1913 by the famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader Mr. Tan Kah Kee and is well-known both at home and abroad. Jimei University, Tan Kah Kee's former residence and Tan Kah Kee Park are located here. 2. Botanical Garden: The Botanical Garden is close to Xiamen University and can be reached from the back mountain of Xiamen University. The area is large, and it will take a whole day to walk the whole way. You can take a sightseeing bus 🚗 to visit. There are many kinds of plants, which are very rich and can be an eye-opener for friends majoring in landscape architecture. 3. Ring Road: Along the seaside, you can take a sightseeing car or bus to visit. It is the best place to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset.
