Xiamen 2 Days Itinerary

📍 Itinerary Overview: enjoy Xiamen’s blue skies and explore this relaxed garden city. 🚩 Sightseeing Route: Start early in Zhongshan Road to see the impressive heritage buildings, and head to the market for a local breakfast 🍜 From there, head by bus to the beach. Walk or cycle along the beachside path, past Music Square until you reach the start point of the Mountains to Sea trail. Follow the forest trail path the whole way - there are lovely views all along the way! Or, turn around and head back to the beach for sunset. After sunset, take the bus to Shapowei and wander around the bustling area. Eat all the street food and explore the little shops. On Day 2, take the metro to the cruise terminal, and get on the Cloud Line path of the Mountains to Sea trail. Doing this at a leisurely pace and stopping along the way to detour will take most of the day, but if you have time left, head back to the beach by music square - which is filled with people performing after sunset! ☀️ 🏖️ Must-Visit Attractions: Zhongshan Road, Mountains to Sea trail, One Country Two Systems Beach, Shapowei 🚇 Transportation: public transport is easy and very cheap. Use the metro, bus or bike to get around. 🍜 Local Cuisine: 🥢 seafood and noodles!
