German food heaven at Paulaner Xiamen

Inside the Kempinski Hotel in Xiamen you can find Paulaner, a chain of German restaurants serving German food and beer. Address - 湖滨中路98号凯宾斯基大酒店1楼 Ambiance/Facilities - Paulaner is a big restaurant, and yet it feels cozy with the mood lighting and traditional German decorations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highlights - Paulaner equals home brewed beer, but for me it's all about the food. Especially the meat section of the menu. You can't go wrong with a plate of German sausages or some juice roast pork knuckle. I also order the pretzels every time I visit. Avg. Price per Person - 200 rmb Rating - 4.5 stars
