I declare this to be the hotel with the highest cost-performance ratio in all of Xiamen

Xiamen W Hotel Other W hotels generally only offer cold snacks and drinks, making it almost impossible to have a full dinner. The venue provided by Xiamen W is located in a side hall next to the Wu Kui Jiu Li restaurant. The decor style is basically the same as the restaurant, the area is not large, and the chairs are placed quite densely, somewhat like a fast-food restaurant. In terms of beverages, they offer Jacob's Creek sparkling rosé, 1664 and Corona beers, Suntory soda water, and San Pellegrino. Interestingly, spirits are not displayed and need to be requested from the staff. The selection is basic and limited. Other than that, there are a few desserts and cold cuts, but there's not much to eat. There's neither variety nor quality, and many people have commented that it would be better if they didn't offer it at all. This is what others have said, not me. However, the check-in process is very fast, and the front desk lady directly upgraded my Wonderful Room to a Spectacular Room, and the check-out was extended to 4 PM. It's worth mentioning that the concierge accompanies you directly to your room with your luggage, unlike some hotels where you have to wait a long time for your luggage to be delivered after you return to your room. The Spectacular Room offers a distant sea view. The room layout is not large, but the W style is very evident, with dice elements visible everywhere. The room was decorated with welcome fruits, and the bathroom mirror had decorations for the Year of the Rabbit, which was very fitting. However, despite the excellent software (service), it couldn't cover up the hardware deficiencies. The room's soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear the cleaning staff or the neighbors opening and closing doors, which is a major bug 😓. I only experienced the happy hour at the lobby bar for dining. The atmosphere was there, but the offerings were quite perfunctory, haha. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is extremely rich, covering almost all of Xiamen's famous snacks. However, due to the large number of people during the Spring Festival, the service couldn't keep up, which slightly affected the experience. The hotel's pool and bar are on the top floor and are open until 10 PM, giving a very exclusive feeling at night 😊. Overall, if you're visiting Xiamen, W is a good choice, although it's a bit far from the main attractions.
