I have stayed in many five-star hotels both domestically and internationally, but the one that provided us with the greatest sense of security and comfort on this trip was the Xiamen Airlines Golden Swan Hotel. It is the most attentive service I have experienced in a hotel so far, and I must give special praise to Xiamen Airlines Golden Swan Hotel . The receptionist at the front desk was not only beautiful but also particularly patient and meticulous in introducing the services provided by the hotel every day, as well as local snacks worth trying. Special commendation goes to the beautiful Miss Xu Xiaoyuan, who, upon learning that the child was feeling unwell, had vomited, and did not want to eat, specially delivered homemade cookies and a small gift (a mini water dispenser, encouraging the child to drink more water) from the hotel to the child. She also helped to take the child's ear temperature, providing meticulous service that touched us deeply! There was also a handsome male lobby manager, whose name I didn't catch, who generously gave blessings and ice cream to the child playing the piano well. During our chat, I learned that his spouse is a flight attendant who had just become pregnant. The praise and encouragement from the lobby manager who took over the shift every day motivated the child to persist in practicing the piano and studying... The hotel offers one free piece of laundry per day, free clothes drying, and free late-night snacks from 10 pm to 11 pm. Every day, the clothes are ironed and hung neatly in the closet of the room after drying. What's more surprising is that seeing me washing clothes for the child every day, they thoughtfully provided extra laundry care products and small laundry detergent, which was really considerate. No matter where you are in the hotel, there will be good-looking staff offering warm greetings and bright smiles. Every day when the kids come back and play the piano in the lobby, the beautiful ladies at the coffee bar will take the kids to pick their favorite bread as a reward after playing the piano. The service of the hotel is truly excellent from top to bottom, inside and out. When my husband took the second child to the convenience store across the street, the doorman at the hotel entrance specially opened the parking barrier to make way. When returning, the hotel arranged for a car to take us to the airport... The deeply ingrained service consciousness and attitude are truly likable. I am especially happy that we chose Golden Swan this time, and we must stay at Golden Swan when we come to Xiamen in the future!
