The Grand Hyatt Xi'an family suite is great value for money

This is my second time in Xi'an. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton last time, and the Grand Hyatt this time. CNY 5,000/3 nights in a family suite with 4 breakfasts, CNY 400 per person per night, 104 m²: 2 single beds (can be put together to sleep 3 people) + 1 double bed + walk-in closet + living room + 2 bathrooms Address: No. 12 Jinye Road, Yanta District. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. I don't recommend staying near the scenic area in Xi'an, as there are too many cars and the hotel prices are high. The hotel opened in 2018, so the facilities are new. There are lots of mirrors, which are great for taking photos. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night view is beautiful. It's very warm when the sun is out. There is also an air purifier in the room, which is great for those who want to sneak a cigarette. The main bathroom is large, and the toilet faces the floor-to-ceiling window. I like this design! The guest bathroom only has a toilet and sink, no shower, so you have to take turns showering. If you're close, it doesn't matter. Each cubicle has a sliding door, so privacy is good! The breakfast is not as good as the Ritz-Carlton, but there are some Xi'an specialties to try. As there were 4 adults in our suite, breakfast was included for 2 adults and 2 children. I asked the front desk to send 2 more, but they refused. I thought about packing breakfast for the other 2, but they said only 1 of the 2 children's breakfasts could be packed. This was a bit stingy, but you can pack as many drinks as you like. I had 4 iced Americanos and fresh juices every day.
