The Marriott Executive Apartments Xi'an is elegant, simple, and as cozy as home!

I've stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments Xi'an several times now, and this should be my third time here. Every time I stay here, I always make sure to have a meal at the hotel's German Herber's Brauhaus. From the authentic German grilled sausage stir-fry to pizza and pasta, I've almost tried everything on the restaurant's menu. 1. Their German dishes also include high-quality dishes such as crispy roasted pork knuckle, Bavarian roasted whole chicken, and Bavarian classic sausage platter. Can you imagine that the restaurant's sausage selection alone includes Frankfurt, Nuremberg, coil sausage, cheese sausage, Thuringian, veal sausage, Hungarian beef soup, and German pretzel bread? You'll have to come several times to eat them all, or your stomach won't be able to hold it all. 2. As the hotel's only main restaurant, in addition to these signature German delicacies, there is also authentic German beer. The restaurant invested CNY 35 million to introduce German-made brewing equipment, and the senior brewer dispatched by Germany brews delicious and mellow draft beer using only malt, hops, water, and yeast as raw materials, in accordance with the Bavarian beer purity law of 1516. Since its opening, this German brewer has been working at the restaurant. 3. As a high-end beer brand under the Paulaner Group, Herber's Brauhaus offers German beer that is mellow and fragrant with a rich aftertaste. There are three different main products. The wheat beer is the lightest, with a soft taste and a mouth full of wheat aroma. The bock has a faint vanilla flavor, and the dark beer is my personal favorite. I drank this one the first time I came to the hotel, and it has a chocolate aftertaste. 4. This Marriott Executive Apartment does have more long-term guests. When I stay here, I sometimes see many long-term guests from South Korea learning Chinese with the help of a Chinese teacher in their spare time, which is a nice atmosphere. In addition to the regular guests, the hotel also attracts some travelers, so the occupancy rate here seems to be quite good. This can be seen at breakfast. I go downstairs to the Resident Lounge for breakfast almost every day after 9am, and it's very lively and crowded, and the staff are all busy. 5. This Resident Lounge restaurant only serves breakfast. I thought that the variety and choice of breakfast would be greatly reduced in apartment-style hotels, especially those that are not very large, but I didn't expect that the quality of the breakfast is actually very good, and the service is also great. 6. Although the lobby of an apartment-style hotel is not as bright and grand as that of a large hotel, the Marriott Executive Apartments maintains its consistent quality. The lobby has a sofa area where you can conduct business meetings, chat, or take a break. Coffee and tea are self-service (free). 7. However, the special feature of the executive apartment is that the rooms are equipped with a full range of well-equipped tableware, such as le buffet kitchenware, as well as ovens, refrigerators, Siemens drum washing machines, wine glasses, water glasses, utensils, bottle openers, etc., which are very complete and rich. This is very necessary for long-term guests, as it allows them to make simple and healthy food, just like at their own home. They can buy a bunch of fruits, vegetables, and drinks and take them out at any time to make them easily. It is indeed as comfortable and convenient as home.
