Just following the crowd because it's busy can mean you'll miss a lot of the scheduled performances 📌Time and Route Planning ✅Just after 6 pm, it's recommended to go to D exit of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and eat at Wei's Cold Noodles, a local chain, where the beef burger, rice and noodle skins, and secret recipe cold noodles are recommended to replenish energy while waiting for the fountain! ✅Before 6:50 pm, go through the subway passage to exit C (if not eating, please go directly to C exit) to see the 7 pm fountain show ✅At 7:10 pm, after the fountain show ends, walk towards the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to reach Poetry Street, ten minutes to the next intersection, then go to the right front to see the Xuanzang statue before crossing the road; ✅At 7:25 pm, (Poetry and Art), take a quick look and then find a boat-like float to watch (Floats Competition) (highly recommended) for a front-row spot! ✅Starting at 7:45 pm, immediately after watching, go up to find the tall horse-riding statue to see the 8 pm (Prosperity of Zhenguan) (average), then turn back to find the colorful camel statue ✅At 8:20 pm (Music and Dance of Chang'an) (highly recommended!) After watching, keep to the right and go up ✅At 8:30 pm, there's a flower stage at the entrance of the Tang Food Court on the right side of the road, watch (Spinning Hu Xuan) (average), then go up to find the Li Bai stage with yellow lanterns to see 8:50 pm (Brilliant Lights of Taibai) (recommended), by this point some people may be tired. ⚠️There are 2 plans: ☀️For those with energy: Continue walking forward, from 9 pm to 9:30 pm there's a large-scale performance called Dream Chasing Power at Di Ping Square, and before 9:30 pm go to the east side of Kaiyuan Square to see the Weebles. At this point, I don't recommend turning back, continue walking to the intersection, navigate to take a bus or book a ride online to return to your accommodation ☀️For those without energy: The most worthwhile shows have already been seen, you can confidently head back. Slowly turn back towards the Joy City Mall (for shopping), return via the other side of Poetry Street, then pass by the fountain square to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda B exit subway station to go home. If you return to the fountain early, there's another fountain show at 9 pm with fewer people and a better viewing experience ⚠️Notes: First, (recommended) means the performance is very good, prioritize watching these, (average) just take a quick look, or if you're short on time, skip it for the next show. Especially for 【Floats Competition, Music and Dance of Chang'an, Brilliant Lights of Taibai】, the front-row view is too good, try to occupy the center position, if it's crowded you can watch from the left side in reverse Second, during the tourist season, keep a calm mind, and make appropriate choices for attractions. Seeing two is already good, and when it's crowded, you can just watch Floats Competition and Music and Dance of Chang'an and wait ten minutes in advance Third, if you don't like a program, walk out early, after watching 10 minutes you'll be blocked.
