The Brother of Xi'an Bell Tower | Huxian Bell Tower

People who come to Xi'an all know that the Bell Tower is the city center, but few know that in Huyi District of Xi'an (formerly Huxian), there is a Bell Tower that looks exactly the same as the Xi'an Bell Tower, but smaller in scale. However, the Huxian Bell Tower is not in the county center, but in the west of the county town. The Bell Tower of Huxian began in the 17th year of Hongwu of Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang of the Ming Dynasty. It is simple and atmospheric. In history, it has had several names: Wenchang Pavilion, Daguan Tower, and it is also called 'Middle Tower'. At present, around the Huxian Bell Tower, there are calligraphy and painting ancient streets, Huxian Confucius Temple and county government. Outside the county government is the Street Heart Park, where a cultural square has been built for citizens to enjoy leisure and entertainment. Many elderly people play the guqin, sing and dance here.
