#GetDiscountWithoutLuck When we arrived in Germany, our first destination was #Würzburg. We set our GPS to Residenzplatz, which is the location of Würzburger Residenz, the former residence of Prince-Bishop Johann Philipp Franz von Schönborn, Prince of Würzburg. We parked our car in front and went for a walk. Taking pictures is not allowed inside, so it didn't fit in. We walked to the side of the palace and almost screamed. We also saw German cherry blossoms (is that right?), but they were beautiful. We continued walking to Dom St. Kilian (Würzburg Cathedral), the 4th largest cathedral in Germany. It stands out with its twin towers, which are 105 meters high. This Roman Catholic church was built in honor of Saint Kilian at Kiliansplatz. After leaving Dom St. Kilian (Würzburg Cathedral), I really liked the walkway to Alte Mainbrücke Bridge. There was a tram running through it, which was exciting. Today, there weren’t many people, so it was very easy to walk. Next, let’s go to the Old Main Bridge or Alte Mainbrücke. This old Romanesque bridge in Würzburg is very impressive. There are many statues, and it looks very impressive. The view is also very good. The weather is cool and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s because the rain just stopped or not, but they sell wine here because I heard that it is the wine capital of the land of Frankonia, located on the Main River. However, we didn’t try it. From the bridge, you can see the old palace and the nearby fortress Festung Marienberg or Marienberg Fortress, which is standing tall on a hill. It is now the Princes’ Building Museum. However, we have to go up a hill, so we decided not to go up. We’ll save our energy for the next trip because the next day we plan to go to Heidelberg and then walk back to visit the market and find some food before going back to the car to continue our trip.
