I've stayed at this Wuhan hotel three times already!

Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel: This time I stayed in an executive king room. The evening executive lounge and breakfast were both quite good. I really love this established five-star hotel! 🏨 Hotel Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Hankou, with extremely convenient transportation. The subway station is just a short walk from the hotel, providing easy access to popular Wuhan attractions such as the Yellow Crane Tower and East Lake. This is very convenient for tourists. The surrounding area is also full of office buildings and shopping malls, making it convenient for business discussions and leisure activities. Whether you want to take a stroll along the Hankou Riverbank or go on a shopping spree at Wuhan International Plaza, everything is within easy reach. Service: As the suites were sold out, I was only upgraded to a corner room on the executive floor (59 sq m). Initially, my messages to the hotel via the app went unanswered. However, after calling the GSM, a high-floor corner room was promptly arranged. The staff at the executive lounge provided excellent service. Restaurant: The breakfast at the executive lounge was great. They had a wide variety of options, except for baguettes (which are available at the 2nd-floor breakfast restaurant). The cocktails made by the lounge staff were also particularly delicious. The coffee from the coffee machine at the 2nd-floor breakfast restaurant had a strange taste, possibly due to the age of the machine. The new coffee machine in the executive lounge had no such issue. Location: The hotel is a very short 9-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station. There's a Wanda Plaza downstairs, and the surrounding area has comprehensive facilities. Although there's an urban expressway next to the hotel, it doesn't affect sleep at all. The hotel's air conditioning wasn't as bad as some online reviews suggested, perhaps due to different floors. I stayed on the 32nd floor, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
