Akipu Camping Akipu Camping 🫠🐝We traveled by motorcycle from Chiang Mai city to our destination, a distance of 123 km!!! To visit here at a price of 1,200 baht per night (the price depends on the month, follow the accommodation page) 🛵🥵We drove along and stopped sometimes because the weather was very hot. We arrived at the accommodation at around 5:30 p.m. The accommodation had made an appointment with everyone that at 5:00 p.m. they would start taking us to visit various viewpoints, causing us to miss the first viewpoint. But we were still lucky because we still went to another viewpoint. Let me tell you, the view is very beautiful. It is a view of layers of mountains overlapping each other. And it was the time when the sun was setting. There were logs planted as steps for us to walk and take pictures. It came out feeling very good. We think that if there was no dust, it would have been much more beautiful. 💨🛌On the way back to the accommodation, the weather was cool and the wind was very cold, 19 degrees. Our accommodation was a room in the house with a bed and bedding. The bathroom was a shared bathroom. 🥩🍽️Evening activities include dinner and chatting around the campfire. Dinner includes 3 seasonal local dishes (boiled + stir-fried + omelet) and a grill set (pork or chicken, meatballs, sausage) (no rainbow trout sashimi as stated). However, the grill was not enough for everyone, so we had to ask others to help grill our portion. As for the campfire activities, I personally don't really like this place. I feel like we talked about personal and serious topics too much. Plus, I was tired from traveling, so I asked to go back to my room around 9:00 p.m. 🥹🌌At first, we expected to come here to see the beautiful stars in the sky, but luck was not on our side. The day we came was a full moon night and a full moon (we were really free that day). The sky was so bright. What a shame! If anyone really wants to come see and take pictures of the stars, check the date carefully or you'll end up like us. 🌤️⛰️Morning activities at 6:00 a.m. will take you to see Akipu Niti Kue (Doi Luang Chiang Dao viewpoint of Akipu) is a very beautiful viewpoint, more beautiful than the evening view that I went to see. This place is a view where we can see the whole Doi Luang Chiang Dao and there is a little fog floating by. At this point, there is also a small wooden cafe with a million-dollar view for us. The drinks are tea and coffee, very fragrant and delicious. We spent about an hour sitting and taking pictures before returning to our accommodation. 🍚🍳 Our breakfast will be only omelet rice (no toast as stated in the details).
