Just like the rice noodles cooked by my mother-in-law, the beef bone soup is not thick, but has a light and elegant fragrance. Drinking it in one gulp will make you feel comfortable all over! Delicious. I ordered a set meal of pho + drink for $200. For the main dish of pho, you can choose the meat, soup, and noodles. I chose the most authentic raw beef + beef bone soup + pho. The tender raw beef should be eaten quickly, otherwise it will become tough if soaked for too long. Otherwise, you can choose beef tendon. The soup will come with a plate of bean sprouts and basil, and of course you have to add both. I haven’t eaten bean sprouts for a long time. They are so crispy and refreshing, and unexpectedly delicious. Adding basil to the beef bone soup enhances the flavor, making it more fresh, sweet and layered. For the drink that comes with the set meal, I chose salty lemon juice. If I added 7-Up, it would have become Vietnamese style and become Hong Kong style!
