Wat Pa Saeng Arun

Wat Pa Saeng Arun has a beautiful church with an emphasis on Isan Sim architecture mixed with the Central region, measuring 15 * 38 meters, using 52 pillars, 3 doors, 14 windows, and a multi-layered roof covered with ancient fish-scale tiles. The golden spire on the roof is 60 meters high from the ground. There is a glass wall and a bell tower on all four corners. There are sema stones planted around the perimeter. There are various animals guarding the Sim: Phraya Kachsee guards the front, Phraya Rachasee guards the back, Phraya Chang guards the north, Phraya Suea guards the west, Phraya Naga, stairs on both sides. Inside the Sim, there are various patterns of ikat patterns and there are angels in various niches. The doors and windows are carved with the Maha Vessantara Jataka. #summerdream
