By around 8 PM on a Wednesday, the place was already full. 🦞 Whole Lobster Pad Thai: Served with the lobster head, it looks very appealing. The lobster meat is fresh and bouncy, though slightly overcooked. The pad Thai noodles have a slight chewiness, with a sweet and sour flavor and a hint of spiciness. The addition of bean sprouts and shrimp makes for a rich texture. 🥬 Thai Lettuce Wraps: A generous portion with 80% lean and 20% fat pork, paired with refreshing lettuce, making it quite healthy. 🥢 Thai Boat Noodles: The broth is rich and aromatic with the scent of Thai basil. The pork slices are flavorful, and the crispy pork skin is also very crunchy and tasty. 🐥 Yellow Curry Chicken: The curry sauce is smooth and fragrant, and the chicken is tender. However, my favorite part is the soft and flavorful potatoes. 🥣 Coconut Chicken Soup: Ordered a single serving, but it was quite a large bowl. It was well-filled with ingredients, and the coconut flavor was strong.
