I found out that a new Hokkaido Dragon Ramen🍜 shop opened in Wan Chai, so I went there with a colleague. We each ordered a bowl of ramen, a side dish, and a drink. The Nagoya Chicken White Soup Ramen had a rich broth, indicating it was simmered for a long time. The slow-cooked chicken breast was tender and not chewy. The Wagyu Beef Salt Soy Sauce Ramen looked light but was surprisingly flavorful! The beef flavor was intense, and the slices of Wagyu were tender but not tough. The marinated egg had a hint of alcohol. The thin ramen noodles were cooked just right, with a good bite. The Wagyu Beef Fat Wagyu Don and Eggplant Slow-Cooked Beef had tender and flavorful meat. The rice was topped with onion🧅 slices and chopped scallions, adding more flavor and texture. The eggplant was soft and soaked up the Japanese sauce.
