This time I came to KOKORO - the first Japanese noodle shop, try it! Three of the walls in the restaurant design were painted by popular Japanese calligrapher Wan Mei in Hong Kong. (Remember to see picture 3 of how to eat 😛) 👧🏻What does Caca eat this time? 🥢Authentic Whole Ingredient Tokyo Noodles M ($99) - Noodles are divided into medium bowls/large bowls, I chose medium bowls. 🥢Char siu stir-fried noodles M ($89) - The ingredients are a little light, with raw eggs, bamboo shoots, char siu grains, meat bath, kombu, etc., just as rich and delicious. 🍨Hokkaido Milk Sea Salt Ice Cream ($36) - Rich Hokkaido milk flavor, and bites of sea salt bring out a sweeter taste. 🧂4 steps to eating: 1. Stir ingredients, sauces and noodles. 2. After eating 1/3, add the black pepper and stir. 3. Eat to 2/3, add KOKORO secret balsamic vinegar. 4.
