Michelin ⭐️ - Rùn (part II) As a big fan of char siu, it is usually a must-order for me in most Chinese restaurant. Rùn’s signature Iberico pork was melt-in-the-mouth tender with a nice honey glazed crust ; however the pork was a bit overpowered by the honey, the fundamental charred crust which all char siu fans love was missing here. With expectations high over a Michelin-starred culinary offerings, I was a bit dissappointed at their signature dish but other dishes were nicely crafted , only some of them were over seasoned. Overall it’s a pleasant visit and I would love to try their dim sum menu next time ! Recommendations: - Barbecued Iberico pork with honey - Fried rice, dried Sakura shrimp, mullet roe - Chilled pink guava cream, sago, coconut jelly Deliciousness: 7.5/10 Value: 6.5/10 Service: 8.5/10 Recommendation: 7.5/10 #foodie
