Vietnam's Christ the Redeemer

This statue of Jesus is located in Vung Tau, southern Vietnam. Getting there: Fly to Ho Chi Minh and then get the ferry boat ride to Vung Tau. Not expensive and you will be there in less than two hours. This Jesus statue sits at the top of a hill, similar to the one in Rio. You can climb the steps inside and stand on the arms to get a panoramic view of the beach town. Inside the statue also contains a small museum with art and relics.
