Colorful houses stood in picturesque disorder, their walls covered with green vines, adding vitality to the town. Local residents bustled about, their faces beaming with simple smiles. I entered a small cafe, ordered a cup of strong Vietnamese coffee, and sat by the window, quietly observing the city's life. In the afternoon, I visited Vung Tau's landmark attraction, the Christ of Vung Tau statue. This magnificent statue stands on a mountain, overlooking the entire city and the sea. I slowly ascended the steps, admiring the scenery along the way. Reaching the top, the view before me was breathtaking. The entire city of Vung Tau was in full view: the blue sea, the golden beach, the green vegetation, and the scattered buildings formed a picturesque scene. The sea breeze brushed my face, bringing a touch of coolness, and I was immersed in this boundless beauty. In the evening, the afterglow of the setting sun painted the sky golden. As I watched the sun slowly set and disappear below the horizon, my heart was filled with reluctance. During this slow-paced time in Vung Tau, I forgot all my worries and fatigue, indulging in the tranquility and beauty of this coastal town.
