#europetravel Volendam is a Dutch city that just captured my heart! ❤️ It is close to Amsterdam so it is always a nice day trip option! My day trip to Volendam was a delightful escape into Dutch culture. The picturesque harbor greeted me with colorful wooden houses and charming fishing boats. I walked along the colorful streets, with black and green cute houses. Sampling the dutch pancakes from a local vendor was a highlight, and the taste was unforgettable. Exploring the quaint harbourfront and visiting the cheese shops, shoe maker factories also made my day filled with warmth and hospitality. Volendam’s charm truly captured my heart and don’t forget to put it in your day trip!
