Vladivostok trip

We had an excellent day excursion from our cruise in Vladivostok. Our guide Pauline did a great job. She was open and flexible. Her love of her city warts and all was obvious. She put as much as possible in our time while getting us back with time to spare. From a walk to a lighthouse, to the terminus of the Trans-Siberian Railway, to a long walk through the downtown, to an interesting lunch, to drives over both bridges, to scenic lookouts and a final submarine visit, we had a great day. If you go there. Lots of public transportation there to go. Such as trams, taxis, buses. I recommend taking the occasional bus there. Because it is affordable and impressive. You can enjoy a lot of Russian specialties there. And some typical souvenirs from there for you to buy. Like chocolate, wow, there are so many variations of chocolate there. I hope I can visit there. Vladivostok is a major Pacific port city in Russia overlooking Golden Horn Bay, near the borders with China and North Korea. It's known as a terminus of the Trans-Siberian Railway, which links the city to Moscow in a 7-day journey.
