Naraun

#hellohalloween Naraun is a village (part of the municipality of Tisens) in South Tyrol, Italy. The volunteer fire brigade serves the local community and surrounding areas. According to regional records, the fire brigade became independent from its neighbouring “Tisens” unit around 1920. In documents from the early 20th century: the Tisens / Naraun fire services were active together, and the split to a separate Naraun brigade happened in ~1920. The brigade has been publicly acknowledged for its members: e.g., in 2015, the death of a long‑serving member (Albert Kofler) was reported by the FF Naraun.
