24 HOURS IN VIENTIANE

📍 Itinerary Overview of how I spent exactly 24 in Vientiane 🚩 Sightseeing Route I arrived at 12 pm midday - I first went to the Patuxay Monument. It was cool to see and the ceiling was beautiful. You can pay a small fee to climb up it to see a viewpoint of Vientiane. Then I went to the Cope museum - this was definitely a must do in Vientiane. And it only takes 30-45 minutes, but you learn a lot and support a very good cause and charity that is actually making an impact on UXO survivors. Then I went to Phat That Lang - gorgeous golden temple you can walk around. Only 30 minutes needed here. And there is a market just outside. Then I went to get a massage and dinner. The following morning I booked a half day tie dye Shibori and weaving workshop at the Houey Hong centre and in just 3 hours you create the best two souvenir. I was the only one there so I had a private lesson. Started at 9am and finished by 12 noon. Then I went to the train station and got in the Laos China railway to Vang Vieng 10/10 🚇 Transportation I used Loca and InDrive bike and car to get everywhere - both great apps and services.
