Mystery Island is a mini island in the southern part of Vanuatu, mainly serving cruise passengers from Australia and New Zealand to Vanuatu. Cruises usually stop here for a day, and when the cruise arrives, locals will come here by boat and set up stalls to provide tourists with services ranging from equipment rental, souvenirs, snacks, drinks, hair braiding, and more. Mystery Island is uninhabited and takes about 45 minutes to walk around the island. In addition to a simple airport built by the US military, there are only a few huts on the island for overnight stays.
