🍜Authentic Handmade Udon at Okaizumi 📍Kagawa Utazu (15 mins walk from Utazu Station) This time I ordered Hiyaten Oroshi (1100yen) Oden (Konnyaku, Tsukune 132yen each) Onigiri (253yen) ️📝 Hiyaten Oroshi is an original menu registered as a trademark of Okaizumi✨ On top of the udon noodles tightly squeezed with cold water, there are two large shrimp tempura sticking out of the bowl! The large shrimp tempura is packed with meat and goes perfectly with the crispy batter💕 The pumpkin and shiso leaf tempura add color and make it look gorgeous☺️ The noodles are shiny and chewy. The smooth texture and elasticity are the best✨ When you pour the special mellow dashi over it and eat it with grated daikon radish, the refreshing flavor spreads🙆♀️ And squeeze lemon on top to make it even more delicious! The slight acidity of the lemon lightens the fried feel of the tempura, making it so delicious you'll want to keep eating☺️ 🍢 Don't miss the "Oden" while you wait for the udon Oden and rice balls are served self-service inside the store✨ The oden with plenty of sweet miso sauce is especially delicious! The konnyaku and meatballs are both well-seasoned and the best🥰 I loved the sweetness of the miso sauce slowly seeping into my body. ✍️I visited on a weekend afternoon, but the wait was about 30 minutes.
