Kougaryu HEP NAVIO Branch: Osaka City

I visited "Kougaryu," located in the food court on the first floor of HEP NAVIO 🐙 I simply ordered takoyaki with sauce. Since it was a holiday, the store was very crowded, but the outdoor terrace seating was available.
