Muay Tom Khao - Udon Thani

Udon Thani isn't just known for its spicy Isaan food 🍲🥗 But this restaurant is also known for its delicious rice soup, "Muay Tom Khao." The food is bold and flavorful, just as the restaurant promises: spicy Isaan-style. We ordered boiled chicken in fish sauce, spicy gourami salad, stir-fried morning glory, crispy pork with chili and salt, and the highlight: braised small intestines. They weren't fishy, and were incredibly tender. 🙌🏻 They were so delicious we had to order more rice. Prices are reasonable, starting at 60 baht. The restaurant offers both air-conditioned and outdoor seating, offering a refreshing breeze.
