beautiful scenery at sapa

signed up for a sapa trek with waterfalls on trip.com got to chat with the villagers and enjoyed the scenery. the local village guide met me at the hotel lobby which was a short walk to the starting point of the village trek. thereafter, we went through many up and down slopes (could be muddy and slippery if raining) before coming to a clearing where you can view the rice terraces. the guide was most happy to help me take pictures since I was a solo traveler. along the way, there were kids trying to sell things and would be best to avoid, otherwise they will swarm you if u buy from one of them. this will also happen at the lunch place. #sapa #waterfall #laocai
