🌧 Day 1: The morning in Sapa greeted us with heavy rain, so instead of heading out as planned, we decided to unwind and enjoy a relaxing massage at the hotel — a spontaneous change that turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. By the afternoon, the rain had stopped. We visited Cat Cat Village, taking a peaceful stroll through the serene landscape and exploring the rich cultural heritage of the H’Mong people. Later, we had a delightful experience picking fresh, juicy plums straight from the trees — sweet, crisp, and as refreshing as the mountain air itself. ⛰ Day 2: No trip to Sapa would be complete without a journey to the top of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. We purchased a round-trip combo ticket that included both the cable car and the Muong Hoa mountain train. As the cable car glided above the clouds, the view was absolutely breathtaking — a sea of drifting mist, majestic mountains, and a sense of being embraced by nature itself. Although it was summer, the weather at over 3,000 meters was chilly and windy, so don’t forget to bring a warm jacket. Sapa’s weather tends to be quick showers followed by clear skies, and the fog usually lifts quickly. • When visiting Fansipan, be sure to bring a jacket, even in summer. The high altitude and strong winds can make it feel much colder, and staying warm will help you avoid getting sick.
