Order Yilong, a surprising dinner beyond dim sum

Dim Sum Dragon can be said to be a relatively high-quality dim sum specialty shop. This time I went there at night. I didn't order dim sum. Instead, I ordered two small dishes and stir-fried beef rice. The dry fried beef noodle soup is quite large for $88 a plate. The beef is tender and the noodles are separated one by one. They are delicious, dry and not too oily. The ribs are fried crispy and sweet and sour. Another plate of copied mustard is however not lost. In addition to the high quality of food, Dim Sum has a spacious environment, comfortable seating, and good service.
