《Authentic Korean food in Tsim Sha Tsui 🇰🇷Must-try soy sauce crab!》

I've been having a lot of celebratory dinners lately♪(´ε｀) One of them was to celebrate a friend's promotion. 🎉 We both love Korean food. Night Seoul, a new restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializes in soy sauce crab and Korean BBQ, as well as a variety of authentic snacks and hot pots. With the cooler weather, it's time to go for some Korean BBQ! The restaurant's decor is reminiscent of traditional Korean houses, with wooden tables and stools. The seating is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group dinner! 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Appetizers The appetizers were impressive from the start. There were 8 options, including wood ear mushrooms, kimchi, soybean sprouts, eggplant, zucchini, spinach, konjac, and potatoes. I highly recommend the wood ear mushrooms and eggplant; they're sour and spicy, and the portions are generous, so you can eat as much as you want! ✨ Soy Sauce Crab ($250/pc; $460/pc) The soy sauce crab meat is translucent 🦀️, and the crab roe is a vibrant orange, overflowing with flavor! Every bite is bursting with flavor. Since it's sashimi, the meat is incredibly tender. The perfect accompaniment to the soy sauce crab is the seaweed rice (additional $10)! I highly recommend it! The staff will mix the crab roe into the seaweed rice and then place the rice back on the crab shell. 🥹🫶 Every bite of rice makes you sigh with pleasure. 😂 It's a taste of bliss! ♪(´ε｀ ) ✨ Seasoned Beef Ribs ($360) The Korean long-cut method involves slicing the entire rib and then dividing it into smaller pieces. Available in original or seasoned flavors. The color alone is incredibly tender! ♪(´ε｀ ) The ribs are grilled on a plate. After cooking for about 1-2 minutes, it's already medium-rare. The bite is juicy and chewy. The beef flavor is strong, and even with the seasoning, it doesn't overpower the meat. 👍 The only thing that could be improved is the draft, as it's quite smoky during cooking and takes a while to dissipate. ✨ Korean Spicy Tteokbokki ($200) This isn't just any spicy tteokbokki, but a full-on seafood tteokbokki. Besides fish cakes and rice cakes, it also includes mussels, shrimp, and clams! Each tteokbokki is cooked to perfection, soft and chewy. Paired with the sweet chili sauce, it's a truly Korean treat, a must-try. 🥹 ✨ Snow Soup ($130) Finally, we ordered a warming bowl of snow soup (which always brings back memories of Korea). 🤣🇰🇷 The incredibly rich, snow-white beef bone broth is smooth and mellow, giving you a true taste of traditional Korean flavor. It's filled with multiple slices of beef.
