[Tottori] KAEN: A restaurant serving wood-fired cuisine and CRAFT PIZZA, using two fireplaces and a stone oven as heat sources

🍕KAEN(@kaen_japan) 📍Tottori, Tottori City (3 minutes walk from Tottori Station) This time, I ordered ・Assortment of 6 kinds of seasonal oven-baked vegetables (770 yen) ・Pizza log shiitake/Margherita (half 1650 yen~) ・Tottori Wagyu rib roast (100g 2600 yen) ✔ Oven-baked vegetables If you go to KAEN, you should definitely try the oven-baked vegetables. A dish that will make you think, "Vegetables can be so delicious!" By baking fresh Tottori vegetables in a wood-fired oven at about 500℃ all at once, you can taste the natural sweetness and umami of the vegetables💕 It's simple, but it's really delicious with rock salt! I wanted to have a second serving✨ 770 yen for this is too cheap. It seems that you can add only the vegetables you like🥬 ✔Pizza KAEN's signature menu item, craft pizza. This time I tried the half-barreled shiitake/half-Margherita pizza. The shiitake pizza had a great aroma and texture of shiitake mushrooms. The Margherita pizza had the classic tomato sauce, fresh basil, and mozzarella cheese. When it comes to pizza, you have to try the Margherita! The dough was chewy and hot, freshly baked. As it is a signature menu item, it was a really satisfying pizza 🍕 ✔Tottori Wagyu Ribeye This meat really melts in your mouth 💗 It's soft and the flavor comes out when you put it in your mouth! This is also served with salt, which really brings out the sweetness of the meat. It was juicy and irresistible. I ate it all in one go.
