Don't just go to Wuzhen in Jiaxing!! This ancient town has fewer people and beautiful scenery

Because I had plans to visit Wucun with friends, I went to Tongxiang a day early as a transit stop and discovered this Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town, which is really nice. 🚗 It takes exactly 2 hours to get from Ningbo to the ancient town 🎫 Adult ticket: 120 RMB/person 🏠 Stayed at "Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town Pujin Grand Hotel," which is a 5-minute walk from the scenic area. The hotel stay includes 2 free adult tickets to the ancient town and allows multiple entries and exits during the stay. After enjoying the town during the day, you can take a nap with your child in the afternoon and then go back to the park at night to watch the evening performances—super fun. The autumn in the ancient town in November 🍂 is really beautiful! Strolling slowly into the town and enjoying the autumn scenery is especially pleasant. 🚣‍♀️ The boat ride costs 60 RMB per person, and children under two years old are free. The trip lasts 25 minutes, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the peaceful life. At night, the ancient town currently has a themed park tour called "Dream Back to Menghualu." When you buy a ticket to the scenic area, you get Song Dynasty currency called Jiaozi, which you can use to interact with on-site NPCs in fun games. There are also acrobatic shows, fire pot performances, night boat rides, and other activities that both adults and children find very interesting! If you don’t like crowded ancient towns but want to bring your child to experience the autumn scenery of Jiangnan, this place is definitely not worse than Wuzhen—fewer people, peaceful, and beautiful. If interested, the largest cashmere market in China is just a 10-minute drive away and worth a visit. Downside: The commercial area is indeed not very rich, and there isn’t much good food inside, so it’s more suitable for strolling, walking, and taking photos.
