Guessing lantern riddles with your kids is a great way to spend some quality family time. When I heard about this event, I wanted to bring my kids back again! Stop 2 Zhaoming Academy - Robotic Arm Coffee, Ice Cream 14:00–21:00 Wuzhen is so ahead of its time! This ancient town is home to a futuristic academy, perfectly embodying the phrase "hidden in plain sight." The robotic arm inside can make ice cream and coffee, which my child loved. Of course, if you're visiting during the Lantern Festival, you can't miss the Dragon Field Intangible Cultural Heritage Water Lantern Festival. It's been years since I've seen such a large lantern festival. The various lifelike lanterns light up the night in Wuzhen, and the moment the lights turn on is breathtaking! (Lights on at 17:00) Stop 3 East Gate Rende Bridge - Boxing Boat Performance 8:50–16:20, 9 performances A must-see in Wuzhen is the intangible cultural heritage opera. The boxing boat masters have changed into festive New Year costumes. Their spirit is infectious! My child was mesmerized. Wuzhen is full of New Year spirit! I was also surprised by the many innovations here. I took my child to the Wuzhen World Internet Technology Museum, which is said to be the world's first technology museum themed around the Internet. There are many innovative technology experiences inside, and I feel like my child learned a lot. There are so many fun and interesting places that I can't share them all. I highly recommend visiting Wuzhen with your kids for two days during the Lantern Festival. It's a great way to broaden your horizons and learn new things, and it's definitely worth the ticket price!
