We upgraded to a garden villa (although the official photos don't show the difference from the water house), the space is very large, with a separate courtyard, and the high ceiling is beautiful! Overall, it was very comfortable! The welcome gift was also good, the cake and nougat were delicious 🤤 The overall design of the hotel is also based on the style of the Jiangnan water town, surrounded by canals, with beautiful scenery at every step, perfect for middle-aged and elderly people 🤣 It's perfect for walking the dog (it should be dog-friendly, I saw some) 🍸 The Sanbai Bar is worth a visit, the atmosphere is great at night, and there was a Filipino band playing that day, with a great selection of songs The staff were very nice, but the overall standard is not comparable to a luxury five-star hotel, you can see that some of the Alila brand standards have been lost to save money ❌ Breakfast can only be given three points, really no more, many plates are empty and not replenished, too bad! There are no boiled eggs, and it's messy everywhere. The nearby restaurants are also bad, with a lot of fake reviews.
