Futuristic cruise ship Hotaluna

Hotaluna is a sightseeing steamship designed by Reiji Matsumoto. The spaceship-inspired exterior creates a futuristic feel. Hotaluna was named after the mysterious glow of fireflies dancing on the Sumida River on a moonlit night. It operates at Asakusa, Hinode Pier, and Odaiba Seaside Park. It can be difficult to board on the day during peak season, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. On this day, we were able to see the boat depart from Hinode Pier. The rooftop deck is open from Hinode Pier to Odaiba Seaside Park.
