Kasai Rinkai Aquarium

Tokyo has a fun aquarium! The Kasai Rinkai Aquarium features a very unique exterior design, with a distinctive glass dome created by internationally renowned architect Yoshio Taniguchi. Once inside, you'll discover a whole new world, as if you were underwater. The aquarium houses over 600 species of aquatic animals from around the world. A must-see is the giant tuna here; it's rare to find such a large number and size of bluefin tuna in other aquariums! There are also daily tuna feeding and commentary sessions, so be sure to check the schedule! PS. Children enter for free!
