This restaurant is produced by the famous Chuka Soba Tomita from Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Located on the basement floor of KITTE, directly connected to Tokyo Station. The restaurant has 27 counter seats only, with a touch panel system for pre-payment. The signature dish is the rich tsukemen, but I opted for the tonkotsu ramen. First, the noodles are stunning... slightly thick and chewy, paired with a soup that embodies Tomita's signature richness. Creamy and delicious, it was satisfying even for men with hearty appetites.
