#0yentrip After cherry blossom viewing in Nakameguro, we went to Shuen 🥩 I heard that Ishibashi Takaaki praised it, so we decided to go. The restaurant is quite spacious, with large table seats. We ordered omasum sashimi and japchae first 🎵 The japchae is made with thin glass noodles, so it's Japanese style 😮 The omasum dipping sauce is delicious! We ordered tongue and skirt steak for meat, but the tongue was completely frozen...
