The promenade along the Meguro River is lined with hundreds of cherry trees, creating a stunning tunnel of pink flowers. The atmosphere is lively, with many visitors strolling, taking photos, and enjoying seasonal treats from nearby stalls. In the evening, the illuminated blossoms add a magical touch. However, it can get extremely crowded, making it difficult to walk at a relaxed pace. Best visited early in the morning or on a weekday to avoid the biggest crowds.
