Ogawa Coffee Laboratory

#japantrip A new style coffee shop with a laboratory theme. Shimokitazawa "Experience-based cafe" where you can actually perform the process from roasting to extraction of coffee beans. The interior, which is based on clean white, has a simple structure with only a counter, bench seats, and a product sales corner. The inside of the store is luxuriously used and there are almost no seats, and one barista is attached to each group to consult from the explanation of beans to how to drink. I think that the shop is recommended for coffee lovers because the shop will tell you various things such as recommended coffee and roasting on a one-to-one basis. It would be nice to see the extraction while having the barista explain it, It is unique to the laboratory to extract by yourself while receiving advice and improve the reproducibility at home. Matcha latte has a rich and mature taste that is not too sweet. The scones were crispy and not heavy, and were the most delicious scones I had ever eaten.
