The highest point monument on the Okutama Loop Road

The scenery at the highest point monument on the Okutama Loop Road is beautiful. I took an electric-assisted bicycle, starting from Hachioji Station, passing through Hinohara City Hall and Hinohara Center, and reached the 1146-meter marker. The way back was exhausting, so I went downhill along the Okutama Loop Road towards Hinohara Town Hall. When entering the Okutama Loop Road from Kazehari Forest Road, vehicles that can pass through the gate shown in the second photo are required. Bicycles and scooters need to be lifted. On the way back, the battery ran out at Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. I replaced it with a spare battery and headed home.
